FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange for purchased e-books or electronic products, but we can replace downloadable links if they are corrupted or damaged.
New Downloadable Link (if applicable)
We can only replace downloadable links if they are corrupted or damaged. If you need a new downloadable link, please reply to the confirmation email you received from SummitBooksShop@summitmedia.com.ph within 24 hours upon receipt of said confirmation email.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email, together with FAQs to make sure that the link is really corrupted or damaged. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. We will email you with the new downloadable link if your request has been approved.
FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We offer exchange for full-price items within seven (7) days from your receipt of your order. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require the receipt or proof of purchase to complete this process.
Products valid for exchanges are only those received (1) defective or damaged; and/or (2) by error made on Summit Media’s part (wrong product delivered). We will not accept exchanges if the damage is due to the wear and tear that naturally occurs during shipping and handling.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email first to SummitBooksShop@summitmedia.com.ph. Attach a clear photo of the product where the damage can be visibly seen. We will reply to your email to notify you if your request for a replacement of the same item has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved for a replacement of the same item, please drop off the item in its original packaging with shipping label and invoice to your nearest LBC outlet. Summit Media will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for the returned item.
We will send you the replacement once we receive the returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items may be exchanged subject to the above terms.
We reserve the right to deny exchange privileges to abusers of our policy, including those making unwarranted returns or returning abused and altered items.
